Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using EuroFans ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Description of Service
EuroFans is a freemium Eurovision fan engagement platform developed by JBGSoft. The App allows users to create personal rankings, compete in duels, explore Eurovision contest history, follow national finals, and connect with the global fan community.
The App offers both free features and an optional premium tier (EuroFans+).
User Accounts
- Authentication is available via Google OAuth and Apple Sign-In
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must not create accounts through automated means
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
User-Generated Content
- Rankings and duel results you create are your content
- By using the App, you grant JBGSoft a license to store and display your rankings as part of the community features (e.g., global rankings)
- You must not submit content that is illegal, offensive, or violates others' rights
EuroFans+ Premium Subscription
Premium Tier
- EuroFans+ unlocks: Grand Final & Semi-Final ranking modes, all historical years (1956–2019), and National Finals access
- Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, managed by RevenueCat
- Available plans: monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions
- Free trial terms (if applicable) are displayed at the point of purchase
- Cancel anytime through your App Store or Play Store subscription settings
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation
- A 7-day grace period applies for billing issues before access is revoked
- Pricing is shown in-app and may vary by region and currency
Intellectual Property
- Eurovision data is sourced from public records and attributed accordingly
- The EuroFans app, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of JBGSoft
- "Eurovision" and "Eurovision Song Contest" are trademarks of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU). EuroFans is not affiliated with the EBU
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
- Using automated scripts or bots to interact with the App
- Impersonating other users or creating false accounts
- Attempting to circumvent EuroFans+ premium restrictions
- Abusing, harassing, or threatening other community members
- Interfering with the App's infrastructure or security
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
Disclaimers
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of Eurovision data
- We are not responsible for third-party service availability (Apple, Google, Firebase)
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JBGSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
