Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Dosis ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.
Purpose of the App
Dosis is a daily medication reminder tool designed to help you track and remember your medication schedules. The App allows you to create medication profiles, set reminders, log intake, and manage your health routines.
Medical Disclaimer
We are not responsible for:
- Missed doses or medication errors
- Incorrect medication information entered by the user
- Health consequences resulting from reliance on the App
- Notification failures due to device settings, operating system limitations, or other technical factors
Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by this App.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Premium Plans
- Annual subscription: auto-renewing on a yearly basis
- Lifetime purchase: one-time payment for permanent access
- All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Refund policies are governed by the respective platform (Apple or Google)
- Lifetime purchases are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law
Data Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of medication information you enter
- Maintaining backups of your data using the export feature
- Data loss resulting from device loss, damage, theft, or app deletion
Availability and Warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App
- That notifications will always be delivered on time
- Compatibility with all devices
- That the App will meet your specific requirements
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JBG Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of the corresponding member state.

Al descargar, instalar o usar Dosis ("la App"), aceptas estar sujeto a estos Terminos de Servicio ("Terminos"). Si no estas de acuerdo con estos Terminos, no uses la App.
Proposito de la App
Dosis es una herramienta de recordatorio de medicamentos disenada para ayudarte a seguir y recordar tus horarios de medicacion. La App esta destinada unicamente para fines informativos y organizativos.
Aviso Medico
No somos responsables de:
- Dosis olvidadas o errores en la medicacion
- Informacion incorrecta de medicamentos introducida por el usuario
- Consecuencias para la salud derivadas de la confianza en la App
- Fallos en las notificaciones debido a la configuracion del dispositivo, limitaciones del sistema operativo u otros factores tecnicos
Nunca ignores el consejo medico profesional ni retrases buscarlo debido a la informacion proporcionada por esta App.
Suscripciones y Compras
Planes Premium
- Suscripcion anual: renovacion automatica anual
- Compra de por vida: pago unico para acceso permanente
- Todos los pagos se procesan a traves de la App Store de Apple o Google Play Store
- Las politicas de reembolso se rigen por la plataforma correspondiente
- Las compras de por vida no son reembolsables, excepto cuando lo requiera la ley aplicable
Responsabilidad sobre los Datos
Eres el unico responsable de:
- La exactitud de la informacion de medicamentos que introduces
- Mantener copias de seguridad de tus datos
- La perdida de datos resultante de la perdida, dano, robo del dispositivo o eliminacion de la App
Disponibilidad y Garantia
La App se proporciona "tal cual" y "segun disponibilidad" sin garantias de ningun tipo. No garantizamos:
- Funcionamiento ininterrumpido o libre de errores de la App
- Que las notificaciones siempre se entreguen a tiempo
- Compatibilidad con todos los dispositivos
- Que la App cumpla con tus requisitos especificos
Limitacion de Responsabilidad
En la maxima medida permitida por la ley aplicable, JBG Software no sera responsable de ningun dano indirecto, incidental, especial, consecuente o punitivo.
Modificaciones a los Terminos
Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos Terminos en cualquier momento. Los cambios se reflejaran en la fecha de "Ultima actualizacion" en la parte superior de esta pagina. El uso continuado de la App despues de los cambios constituye la aceptacion de los Terminos revisados.
Terminacion
Podemos terminar o suspender tu acceso a la App en cualquier momento, con o sin previo aviso, por conducta que determinemos que viola estos Terminos o es perjudicial para otros usuarios o la App.
Ley Aplicable
Estos Terminos se regiran de acuerdo con las leyes de la Union Europea y las leyes aplicables del estado miembro correspondiente.
